Upgrading from Celeron M410 CPU. Does new CPU FSB have to match?

I'm looking at upgrading my Compaq Presario V5204NR with the Intel Celeron M410 1.46 ghz 533 mhz fsb. Would like to upgrade to a Intel Core Duo T2600 2.167 ghz w/ 667 mhz fsb. I also heard I could probably use the Core 2 Duo but cannot seem to figure out a definite answer if my laptop will support it. I know it's a dated laptop, but it does what I need for the most part. I just want to give it some more oomph. It has 2gigs of memory.

I'm hoping I can do the switch with no problems.

It is unclear if such a CPU upgrade is possible for this model. I would advise against it.
