Yes this will work fine with your GPU's. Now your Mobo supports the i5 4460, but you would need to have P.150 BIOS version installed on your Mobo, not sure if you can just install it and update it if needed, so keep that in mind. If you buy an H97 based Mobo you probably wouldn't have that issue. I'm not saying you will have an issue, but if the Mobo doesn't see/recognize the CPU, you would need a supported CPU for your BIOS version in order to flash the BIOS to the correct version to see/use the i5 4460. I just want you to be prepared for this, if it does come down to this option.

Your RAM option should be fine. There are plenty of options for RAM for the system, so as long as you get at least 1600 mHz at 1.5v and CAS no bigger than 9...

** Update ** I found a poster on Newegg that said they had no issues with a G3320 CPU (Haswell Refresh, same series as the i5 4460) with the Mobo. They didn't say what version of the BIOS that came with the Mobo, but hopefully it doesn't matter too much.
