Is it worth the upgrade? Or what AMD CPU do you recommend. My motherboard only supports and based CPUs so Intel is not an option. I'm looking to get the best AMD processor available, even the best specs possible within an AMD. On the Q&A from Best buy where I purchased the computer, it says the highest CPU I can get is the fx8370, is that much better then the 8350?
My PC Specs:
AMD FX4300
RX 480
2x4 GB ram
GA-78LMT-S2 motherboard
500 PSU

Is a 8350 better than any FX-4XXX? Yes just not on that 3+1 phase VRM motherboard. It's not recommended you run a 125W FX Chip because of that as you will have severe heat issues and probably random shutdowns. You should stick with the 95W versions like the FX-8370E, FX-8320E, FX-8300, FX-8120, FX-8100, FX-6300, FX-6120, FX-6100. You should avoid overclocking completely as well.
Yeah it's worth the upgrade from an fx4300 to an fx 8350. You can overclock from there to match the fx 8370, which is just a more refined version to overclock higher if you're interested in such a hobby as long as you've invested in a premium (sub-$100) high end cpu cooler.

TLDR: The best 8350's the perform well in clock speed gets UP-binned to the 9350's, while the 8350's that perform below par get DOWN-binned to the 8320's. It's just their way of determining the best yields in regards to silicon related products (same with intel, nvidia, amd)
