Upgrading from GTX 780 to GTX 980?

I just bought my GTX 780 3 days ago because its one of the latest card .What I didnt know is that GTX 900 series launch this month so I felt screwed after all the money I work for

Does GTX 980 give a huge performance over 780? I dont have enough money to buy another High end Card and im sad because 780 is outdated

Im 13 years old so do you think its worth getting a 980?

Probably not worth it.
If you bought a EVGA GTX780, they have a 90 day trade up program what would probably cost you nothing to changes. Check the web site for details.

GTX 780 is old, you should of gotten GTX 780 Ti atleast, but you should of researched first that the 900 series were coming, and yes the gtx 980 is way faster than the gtx 780 by alot. You should of waited for them to release the gtx 900 series first because once its released, gtx 780 will be very cheap as it is discontinued, and the sad news is that they are the same price as the gtx 780 and perhaps even more cheaper.

If it's only 3 days old you should be able to return it. I would return it and get the 980 if you can.

I have a EVGA 780 so thanks for giving that info .

Now I can change my 780 to 980 hehe
