upgrading from hd7950

hi what would be a good gpu to upgrade from a hd 7950 i have a choice of a few because littlewoods sell them now and i can pay monthly but im not going to pay high prices i was looking at a gtx1060 gtx1070 rx 480 my system is fx8350 cpu mobo sabertooth 990 ram 16gig i have a high end case and i use a 42"hd tv would be grateful for any help thanks ...bobo

your setup is not good enough for a 1070

a 1060 or 480 is max, and you are going to need to overclock that cpu to get decent performance from them
