Hello ı currently have a i5 3570 paired with 1050ti ım planning on changing the Cpu,casing and the motherboard if necessary. After some research ı picked 3 although ı dont know if they are worth upgrading to Cpus are: İ5 4590,İ7 6700,İ5 6600 which one should ı go for or do you have any suggestions?

Well the 6700/6600 won't work due to your memory being DDR3 and the 4590 isn't enough of a boost to have to replace the motherboard. Your looking at a platform upgrade (CPU/MB/RAM) and price to performance the AMD Ryzen 2600 (B450 MB/DDR4 @3200) would be your best bet.
ım not a fan of amd cpus.I can upgrade the ram aswell is i3 8100 a good option?

No, your just going from quad core to a slightly faster quad core. You'll see a very small increase in performance as InvalidError stated, not enough to justify the costs. If you prefer Intel then look at the 8400 or 9400F as a min for an upgrade. If you can't afford the 8400/9400F/MB (need updated BIOS for 9th gen) & at least 8gb of DDR4 then your going to want to continue saving up as it's the only worthwhile upgrade from your 3570.

whats the most affordable mb for 8400?and what about 6700/6600

If you're going to change your platform and get DDR4 memory, the Ryzen 2400G will outperform the i3 8100 since the i3 is locked to 3.6ghz with no turbo boost and a locked multiplier. The extra turbo boost in the ryzen will make up for the IPC difference. Plus the extra 4 threads will help in some current games and help with multitasking.

AMD used to be bad, but they've nearly caught up to intel with Ryzen. The upcoming Ryzen 3000 series should put them at equal footing with Intel in about 3 months. You can buy the 2400G or a used ryzen 1600 now, then upgrade to Ryzen 3000 when it comes out in a few months. It'll be just a plop in upgrade, update the bios, apply thermal paste and put your cpu cooler back on.

The 6600/6700 is a bit dated and I definitely wouldn't buy a quad core (6600*) (at least not without a upgrade path) in 2019. The "cheap" board for the 6700 would be a H110 board.

Have you considered getting a used i7-3770 for cheap? Check if your motherboard supports that CPU and if so you may be able to find under $80 and the extra threads on it would help with newer games. This way you won't need to replace your RAM or MB.

^this

If you can get one for about $80 that would give you 4 cores/8 threads, slightly higher mhz (compared to your 4 core/4 thread CPU). It would certainly hold you over and smooth gameplay out that some 4 cores suffer from nowadays.

Not worth it. i7 6700's aren't cheap.

You would have to buy CPU and motherboard and memory. i7 6700's (although a very good CPU) is a dead-end platform. It would probably cost you $300+ with no chance to upgrade from it.

ı guess ıll go for 8400 with a new mb and ram ı dont upgrade it every year that build will be worth it

Take this advice knowing that I am probably part of the bottom 10% on this forum when it comes to PC experience.

I had a i5 3570 as well. Without having to upgrade the mobo, I found that the best bang per buck was upgrading to a i7 3770. It only cost about $100(then I sold the i5 3570 for about $40), so net cost was $60. It made a difference that was worth it in my opinion, something like a 15% increase in CPU performance according the the benchmark program I use.

The i7 3770 is numerous and fairly cheap. Anything faster than that will cost significantly more, so less bang per buck.

I am actually wanting to upgrade again from the i7 3770 without upgrading mobo, but it looks like there is no good option, It might make better sense to hold off until I can upgrade the mobo as well.

I wonder how many people would consider a 15% upgrade worth bothering with. I wouldn't risk compromising my absolutely stable system (never crashed as far as I remember other than after hot-updating graphics drivers) for so little.

Are you planing to run Windows 7 is that why you are going with Skylake and older? If you are going to do a platform change I recomend going to the newest and latest tech so if you don't like AMD then that leaves the Intel Coffee lake & Coffee lake refresh models (8000 & 9000 series). Why spend the money updating your system with obsolete parts. In July AMD is supposed to be launching their new Ryzen 2 3000 series. If you can wait Intel is sure to respond with better prices or newer models, that may be a good time to update your system.
