Upgrading from M4N68T-M LE V2 Motherboard, preferably to an ATX

Im running this currently:
Motherboard: M4N68T-M-LE-V2
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 (AM3)
Ram: 6GB Corsair 1333MHz
GPU: 1GB NVIDIA GeForce 210
PSU: Not Entirely sure but its a 500W ATX

My motherboard is limited to 8GB RAM and i cant get a decent GPU without having to buy a seperate wifi usb dongle.
It has to be an AM3 (current processor) and i dont mind getting a better PSU either.

Phenom II X4 955 (AM3) will work in current model AM3+ motherboards. Just make sure the motherboard supports 125 watt TDP (Thermal Design Power) processors. If you want an old AM3 motherboard, try eBay.
