My Specification
processor: intel core i5 4440 3.1Ghz
geforce: Nvidia 750ti 2gb
ram: 8gb ddr3 1333mhz
hdd: seagate 1 tb hdd
motherboard: msi H81M-E35 V2

I was thinking of upgrading my GPU to a amd rx 570. The main concern is will my CPU bottleneck the GPU. Is the motherboard compatible with the GPU too? will upgrading my RAM to 2*8 Gb ddr3 1600mhz be a significant performance boost to my current system? Also I Play in 900p and mostly Esport games.

Solution
As long as your PSU can handle it, you won't have a problem at all. I'd say that your CPU is pretty well balanced with the RX 570's level of performance in most games. Faster RAM probably won't improve anything unless you aren't running in dual channel, in which case, just add another 8GB stick of 1333 and run with 16 GB. RAM speed itself isn't going to improve performance much.

I currently run an RX 470 with my i5 4590S (clocked at 3GHz with a 3.7GHz turbo) and it runs really well on anything I want to play. I can max out 1080p on most games. I also have 16GB of 1333 in a 4x4GB configuration so in games I'm never hurting for memory. It works really well.
