Upgrading from R7 265

I'm looking to upgrade from my Sapphire AMD R7 265.

I've been looking at the R9 280 3GB series.

Thing I've noticed is, most require 2 x 6 pin plugs. My current card requires 1 x 6 pin (which was 8 pin but splits) and Ive got one spare port for another 6 pin adaptor from my PSU.

Anyway to get adapters for 2 x 6 pins?

from the way you describe it you should be good to go? since you got another 6 pin and the other one that can be used as 8 pin or 6 pin.
