Upgrading from radeon 4850, ~200$

psu: antec 650w http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371010

I'm looking to replace my very very unstable and hot 4850 (120C playing SC2 with 100% fan speed WTF?! until my computer shuts off that is) it was fine for like 2 years but the frequency of the crashes has increased too much to be bearable any longer (even some crashes in hon which is really odd).

The games I play are cod and bf, with a splash of hon and sc2. I do want to have some extra power for the ever increasing requirements though.

Just looking for a high quality single video card that won't make me want to slam my head into the monitor due to technical problems. Because of my traumatic experience cool/quiet/efficient cards are a plus.

Ive been looking at radeon 6870s and gtx 560s specifically the msi twin frozr models for both.

But I was wondering if there are even better buys that may even be cheaper or better for what I want. And in short the things I want are performance, cool, quiet (the things everyone would like huh?)

Oh yeah and I run a 2nd monitor sometimes but just for open browsers while I'm gaming or something.
They will perform similarly, so what ever company you prefer. If you can afford about 40 dollars more, a 6950 or a GTX 560ti would be a more substantial upgrade.
