I have an RTX 2060 6GB. My monitor is 1080p 144Hz with no plans to upgrade it in the foreseeable future. If anything I'd likely upgrade to 1080p 240Hz.

I'm looking to upgrade my GPU for something in the 300$ range. I basically have 3 routes I could go for.
1. New options which are RTX 3060, 4060, RX 7600. All cost pretty much the same here where I live.
2. Second hand options which include 2080 ti, 3060 ti, 3070. All are roughly in the same price with 3070 a little more expensive. There's an Arktek RTX 3070 that costs the same as the new cards I mentioned but the brand is surely not popular.
3. Wait for RTX 5060. I honestly have my doubts if it's gonna even match the 3070 considering Blackwell barely improved upon Lovelace. and who knows how Nvidia would price it.

What would you consider the best decision here?

RTX 5060 and 5060 Ti are likely to be just slightly faster than the existing 4060 and 4060 Ti. The 4060 Ti itself is not significantly faster than the 3060Ti. Only benefit would be things like DLSS 4.

Of those RTX 3070 is probably the card to go for at $300

There is still an RX 6750XT available at $320. Roughly equal to the 4060Ti/3060Ti, but has 12GB of VRAM.
