Question Upgrading from Ryzen 5 3600 to 5600 worth it?

I use it for single and multiplayers (mmorpg, shooters, rpg's etc) games. Now im playing Black desert, FFXIV and horizon Zero Dawn. I have an rx 5700 XT

Might give an idea. Though if you ate going to jump you might as well look at the 5700x or 5800x so I’d games start using more cores you have headroom.

I guess it depends whether you feel roughly 20% more fps would be worth the cost of the new CPU.

I sold my old 3600 for about 100 bucks. So if you can get the 5600 for say 150, then got 50-60 bucks that’s not a bad upgrade imo.

For how cheap the 5600 is, it really can be a upgrade. Zen 3 offers some mighty impressive performance upgrades in the right areas.

But, i suspect with a 5700XT a 3600 should be fine. Only buy it if you know for sure you're CPU bottlenecked.
