Upgrading from sandy to Haswell (Motherboard Help)

Hi Everyone..
I'm Currently On sandy bridge i5-2400 with mobo Intel Dh61ww. I want to upgrade to Haswell i5-4670k or i7-4770k (which one would be better for gaming) ?
Secondly, new socket so i have to get a new Motherboard also and My price range is 100-150$. Please recommend me a good motherboard so i can overclock a bit. If i ever need it.
Any help would be appreciated!
