Upgrading from Simbadda 380w PSU to Corsair VS550w PSU

i have an ECS H61H2-M12 motherboard, and im planning to upgrade my PSU to Corsair VS550w. will the PSU cables fit into each of my current motherboard PSU connectors?

My full pc specifications :

MB : ECS H61H2-M12
CPU : Intel Core i3-2120 3.30Ghz
GPU : GTX 650 Zotac AMP! Edition 2048Mb GDDR5
HDD : Seagate Barracuda ST3250318AS 250 GB
RAM : 8GB DDR3
OS : Windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit
PSU : Simbadda 380W

You will use:
- 8-pin for CPU on motherboard (EPS connector)
- 6-pin for graphics card
- 1xSATA for HDD
- 24-pin for main motherboard (ATX connector)
and possibly some 4-pin molex for case fans

If I have this correct, you'll have LEFT OVER:
- 1x6-pin
- 3xSATA
- 4xMOLEX (if unused)
- 2xFloppy
