Upgrading from Windows 7

I'm hoping to find somebody who was using Windows 7 from a disc they got when they went to one of Microsoft's free Windows 7 launch parties and then upgraded that system directly to Windows 10 via the current promotion.

If you're such a person, could you download and run Microsoft's Volume Activation Management Tool 2.0 and post a screenshot of it showing the status of your Windows 10 install?

Specifically, I'm trying to determine if the Windows 10 installation comes out as OEM or Retail after such an install.

If you have the Home version of 7, you get the Home version of 10. If you have the Pro version of 7, you get the Pro version of 10.

It's neither of those.

There's a lot of confusion surrounding this issue so you'll understand if I can't just take somebody's word for it. Having the screenshot from a person in the scenario I described appears to be the only way to answer this.
