Okay, this is my first thread in here, so before anything, thank you all for your answers.
Here's the deal, I'm looking for an upgrade on my PC, which at the time consists of:
CPU: FX 6100
Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A-UD3P
GPU: GTX 760
RAM: 8GB Kingston Hyper X Fury 1866MHz
PSU: NZXT HALE82 700W 80 Plus Bronze
HDD: W.D Caviar Black 2TB
Cooling: Deepcool Neptwin V2
Currently, I can go two ways: First one is selling my FX 6100 and getting the 8350 for around 133USD. The other way would mean selling my FX 6100 and motherboard and getting an I5 4590 + ASUS Z97-C for 177USD.
To be honest, I don't know what to do since I know both of these processors will be a huge upgrade to my crappy 6100. I'd love some sincere advice on whether it would be worth spending more money (and time selling my mobo) on going the Intel way or just keeping what I have, especially considering all the rumors about getting more core-dependant than before
So... well, just thanks to everyone!
