Upgrading Gaming PC & Need Help

I have tried my best to understand components so I can identify the components then get what I need for my next upgrade but have gotten nowhere. I just can't tell if one will be better than the other.

Lets start with my current specs:

What i have in mind:

#1. Do all these items (link down below) really go well together?
PCPartPicker says it's ok. I thought the PSU wasn't enough for all this.

#2. Goal:
A better processor, is the one above a good option? If not, let me know what are my other options and if i have to change motherboard please let me know which one.

I'm surprised you aren't getting replies telling you to go with a Ryzen 3 setup. Then again, if you do that.. you'll also need new DDR4 memory + a new PSU. As far as FM2+ based CPU's go... that A10 is probably your best bet. Regardless though, you should upgrade your PSU to at least a 500w(most newer entry level & mid range video cards require a 500w minimum).

I am planing to use the same GPU.
Since that CPU is compatible with the motherboard, do you think it is ok for me to use it with the 350w PSU? I will eventually buy the 500w PSU but i want to use it Asap.
