Upgrading GPU 400w psu

Hi all

I just have a question regarding the upgrading of my graphics card.

At the moment I am running a Antec Neo Eco 400w 80 Plus power supply

Here are the specs:

(I am copying this off the side of the psu)

+3.3V : 20A
+5V : 20A
+12V: 30A
-12V: 0.8A
+5VSB: 2.5A

It has a single 6pin PCI connector.

I would like to upgrade my graphics card, however I would like to know what card I could run with an Intel Q9400 @ 2.67Ghz.

Any gpu with a 12v rail rating of 25 amps or less, or thereabouts.

If you want cheap, chearful and safe, a 7750 will cover basic gaming needs. What was the old card?
We dont want you going backwards!
