Purchase around this week. budget around 100. Want it so i can run crysis or GTA IV at medium or so (nothing over the top. I will upgrade the Power supply based on the answer i get on the gpu. Im running a AMD Athlon x2 @3.0 Ghz. DDR2 3 gig's. It is running a pci-e 1.0** not 2.0. From what i understand 2.0 is backwards compatible but the gpu wont run to its best. I Do not mind newegg or amazon (i.e. if you guys can find one used for a good price). I live in the U.S. I will upgrade the monitor to a 1080p one but not right now (most likely will not run games on 1080p). Thank you in advance for your help.

I was eying a gtx260 core 216 super overclocked. But not sure if it will fit in my case. Heres the link anyway http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001NXDQD6/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?ie=UTF8&m=A21BMTITVCFA06

Thanks again in advance.

Unless you have a solid 450 to 500 watt power supply, you wont be running a GTX260, or much else that is in the $100.00 range. If you dont have a decent power supply, then I recommend nabbing something like a new old stock Rocketfish 550 watt psu off ebay, and a used HD 4830 to 4850. Buying both via that method should keep you below the $100 range. If you have 100 bucks and a good power supply already, just go for a HD 5770 or 6770. A bit more future proof and solid on the features.

Got it covered for the 500 watt psu http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004H1S6PE/ref=gno_cart_title_2
i would go with a 6670 but im not sure if it will work with my motherboard its a asus narra3 it already has an onboard Nvidia geforce 6150.
