Upgrading GPU, can I support it?

Hey, I'm considering upgrading to Gigabyte GeForce 1080 Gaming G1, but I'm not sure if my PSU/PC can handle it or something else will bottleneck. My specs are as follows:

CPU: Intel Core i7 4770 @ 3.40GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti
Motherboard: MSI Z97-G45 Gaming Motherboard
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR3
Case: CM Storm Scout 2 Black Gaming PC Case
PSU: SeaSonic - SS-620GM 620W

I understand that my PSU is 620W and the 1080 requires 180W if I'm right. Will this be alright?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I would say a few years. I haven't had a problem with it and I'm hoping it will be fine with the update. Size of the GPU should be ok too.

Thanks for your quick reply. Do you believe there will be any bottlenecking in this setup? My friend is saying that it should be considered but I'm a bit new to this.
