Here are my currently specs:
CPU:Core 2 duo E8500.

Any suggestions please(without changing the PSU if possible).

I would, yes. The card will be fine with that PSU. But there still is the old issue of older legacy motherboard BIOSs sometimes not recognizing the new UEFI BIOS of the Maxwell-equipped GTX 750 Ti. If you can find a BIOS update for you PC, you may want to do that first. Or wait and see if you need it. Sometimes just doing that fixes the issue. Sometimes not.

This MSI GTX 750 Ti comes with a dual BIOS switch you can use to switch between UEFI and legacy: http://us.msi.com/product/vga/N750Ti-TF-2GD5OC.html#hero-overview

Those will fit. I think I made a mistake. Looking closer at the picture of your motherboard, it appears they not only turned the board upside down from a conventional retail design, but they reversed the slots so that the card will extend downward instead of up. It is in fact, a BTX board.
Ignore what I said about needing a single-slot card

Dell used more than one "365W" PSU in their builds. They didn't all have the same specs. It will depend on the nameplate of your PSU. If possible, take a photo of it and post it. But it would have to be a real piece of junk not to run the 60W GTX 750 Ti.
