Upgrading GPU for current build

I'm looking to upgrade my GPU from a 7770HD to the Sapphire Radeon VAPOR-X R9 290 TRI-X. It is a pretty big upgrade so I was hoping I could get some feedback on completing it with this current build:

AMD FX 6300
ASRock 970 Extreme3
Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3-1600
WD Caviar Blue 500GB
Thermaltake 650W

PC part picker suggests it will all work perfectly together, but I'm a little bit unsure with the power supply. Thanks in advance!

You should also upgrade the PSU, and buy a water cooler and OC the CPU to 5.0 Ghz, to ensure it doesn't become a bottleneck.

Are you able to recommend any water coolers? And the wattage I should have for the PSU? Thanks
