Upgrading GPU from GT 320 for a Mini Tower

Hi,
I want to upgrade the GPU of my mini tower Acer Aspire AX3900 from it`s OEM GeForce GT320 1024MB .

CPU: 650 Intel Core i5
Memory: 4GB DDR3
HDD: 1TB
Windows 7 Professional 64 bit

My PSU is 230W or so.My Monitor Resolution is 1900x1080p.

- I don´t play games much,just sometimes League of Legends with my friends or wandering around in Skyrim or Minecraft. And the maximized setting is really not important to me.All I need is a decent GPU which is better than my 4 years old one.

- It`s hard to find a tiny PSU which fits with my case but if anybody found one,please let me know. ( And a good Graphics card which suited,ty)

- For a complete set (GPU + PSU),my Budget is <150€

P/S: I really dont want to change this case because it fits with my "Entertainment corner" and It´s a gift from my dad.And hell yeah,my Budget.

I dont know what is difference between GPU and VGA.On the label of my case,it said : VGA GT320 1024MB. Sorry if I made mistake.

Just be sure to opt for the GDDR5 memory and not the slower GDDR3.

Wah!!! After 2 years,today is the first day I´m in Skyrim with resolution 1900x1080 Medium settings. No more 1280x720,no more all Minimum plus some Tweak! Everything looks amazing,I really want to cry now! Really!
