Upgrading GPU need help asap!

Okay i have a Dell Optiplex 745 (i know its crap lol)
It's 32-bit
i'm buying a 400 watt psu
I need a graphics card for gaming, for $40 or less.
I want to play games like "Dust" and "Braid"
they require shader model 3.0.
any suggestions????

a 40 dollar GPU won't get you very far.

Unless you have an ultra small factor tower, the stock PSU is just fine for entry level GPUs, you should put the PSU's money for a better GPU, like GT 630:

will that graphics card run on my cpu?? and it's not SFF, but my PSU messed up the other day i'm sure (because my computer keeps restarting by itself as soon as I get to login) is their like a bundle anywhere with PSU and GPU good enough for what i'm asking?? thanks.

If the PSU itself has gone bad, then I'd say wait till you can afford atleast R7 240, a GPU for $40 is nothing more than the iGPU of the CPU.

No, not a chance, the iGPU of CPU is better than that card, its an absolute No-No. You won't be able to play ANY new game even on lowest settings.
