Hello, I'm currently looking at upgrading my GPU and I'm not really sure if the GPU is fine. I'm currently using a GTX 1060 6GB which I've has since they was first launched back in 2016 and it's now starting to show it's age, I've been looking at getting a new card and since the new card is AMD I'm not too sure if it will work on my setup.

GPU I'm looking at getting: https://www.scan.co.uk/products/pow...cie-40-graphics-card-7nm-rdna-2304-streams-15

PC Specs;
CPU: i7 8700
Mobo: Gigabyte Z370P D3-CF

Will the GPU I'm looking at getting work fine? Sorry for the silly question I've never had an AMD card before.

Solution
Compatability will work fine, just need to install the correct drivers. Check that your power supply can handle the load.

If you have AMD concerns, you might look at a RTX 2060. Its a slightly better / more expensive card.
