Upgrading GPU on Low End PC, Will I Have Any Issues?

So I've decided to upgrade my crappy pre-built HP and add a new GPU. The specs of my system are as follow:

HP Pavilion P7-1234

CPU: AMD A6-3650 Quad Core APU @ 2.6 Ghz
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6530D (Integrated)
RAM: 2x4GB Dual Channel 1333 Mhz
HDD: 1TB SATA 7200RPM
PSU: Internal 300W (100V-240V)
MB: AAHD2-HY (Holly) FM1 Socket
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit (6.3, Build 9600)

Now, I am adding in an NVIDIA GTX 750 (1GB GDDR5, non Ti version). Is that going to be a problem with this PC? The requirements for the GTX 750 is only 300w, which is why I got this card. Will my CPU bottleneck the GPU? And one more thing...does the 750 need a 6 pin PCI-E x16 Power Connector? I know 300w is really below standards, but I don't have the money to upgrade to a better PSU. I am really looking forward to this upgrade, and if there is any issues, please tell me and I will adress them. Thank You.

Your current system should run at about 170w. Once you disable the IGP it'll drop down to about 100 and throwing in the 750 will just bring it right back to where it was all along. You'd probably even be ok with running both cards if your motherbd allows it; putting you at about 240w.
