Upgrading GPU. Question

Hey all. I'm going to be upgrading my GPU. My current card uses 2 6pin pcie adaptors. The card I'm upgrading to only uses a single 6 pin. Am I okay to leave the other 6 pin that won't be used to just hang in the case?

Yep, just leave it alone. I would try and keep behind the case where it cant be seen.
