Upgrading graphic card in Dell Studio 1555

I have a 2012 Dell Studio 1555 laptop and I want to upgrade its' graphic card. It has an ATI Radeon Mobility 4500 series card.

Can I upgrade the graphic card? if yes what type of graphic card would be suitable?
