I was wondering would my Motherboard be okay with upgrading my graphic card

Specs
CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.40GHz
Motherboard: Dell Inc. 0K068D (Socket 775)
RAM: 3.00GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 398MHz (6-6-6-18)

Graphic card: ATI Radeon HD 3400 Series (Dell)

And I feel like upgrading to a
EVGA GeForce GT 730 2GB DDR3

Solution
Yes, the GT 730 is a good choice, and it will work fine on most 250W-300W Dell OEM PSUs. Be sure to get the 64 bit version instead of the 128 bit version in that particular card for best performance. And find one with DDR5 instead of DDR3 VRAM.

After checking my graphic card a little more
I still want to keep it a GDDR5 so will this do better? Gigabyte AMD R7 360 128 Bit GDDR5

Normally, I'd say yes. But I have had trouble with the UEFI BIOS of the Gigabyte R7-370 I have being recognized by my Intel 775 motherboard's (DP45SG) legacy BIOS. I'm not sure if it is just an Intel thing or if that will happen with other 775 boards and the R7-370.
Also, what is the make/model of your PSU?

If this is your PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817170016
... it is very poor quality and only has a tiny 16 amp +12v rail and no 6 pin connector. It may not even have the capacity to start the R7-370. Use it at your own risk. It is a tier 5 PSU rated "highly unsafe to use": http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html#xtor=EPR-8886

I'd take it back out of your shopping cart. Refresh my memory, what is the exact model of Dell PC that you have?
