Upgrading Graphics card and cooling system

Ok, I have a P8Z68 Deluxe asus motherboard and my current graphics card is a GTX 560Ti. I want to upgrade my graphics card as well as get a better cooling system for overclocking. I dont know which parts are compatible with my motherboard or which ones are good products.

as long as the gpu is PCI-e (only very old ones are not), and your psu can handle it (this is esp important if you want a powerful gpu) you should be fine.
depends on your budget mostly, same with cooling.
