Upgrading graphics card from 9500 GT to GTX 950 , will other parts bottleneck it?

I found a GTX 950 for a good price and I am willing to replace my old 9500 GT with it, will I be able to install it without problems and if so how much of a performance boost should I expect to get ( other system parts below )

IntelⓇ core 2 Duo CPU E6750 @ 2.66GHz .
IntelⓇ DP35DP
4GB DDR2 Ram
NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT

Yeah, CPU will be bottlenecking a lot man, try to get at least q6600 and overclock it, or simply get q9550/q9650

But if gtx 950 is really for good price I would take it, and later upgrade CPU because q9550 is max. 40$(of course get it if your motherboard supports it).
