Good morning,

I'm writing because I'd need an advice to upgrade my graphics card.

Now I have a AMD Radeon HD 5450

The motherboard specifics of my PC are:
- Manufacturer: ASUSTeK Computer INC.
- Product: APM78-GS_S
- Version: Rev 1.xx
- Serial Number: MS1C93D12Y01346

Should I have to change both the motherboard and the graphics card in your opinion?

Thank you in advance to anyone who will answer me!

What CPU do you have?
What make/model/wattage is your PSU?

Country?

Budget for only GPU?

It looks like your system may be pretty antiquated, is there a wider budget for replacing the whole system? If so, are you comfortable building from scratch, or would you be looking for a pre-built system?

Hi tennis2, thank you for your reply.

Therefore,

  • my CPU is an AMD AThlon(tm) 7750 Dual-Core Processor 2.70 GHz.

You can find the specifics of my PSU here: http://i68.tinypic.com/20p9af.jpg

    I'm from Italy and you?

My budget is at most 100 euros for only GPU, 200 euros if I need to replace even the motherboard.

I'd prefer to keep my original mainboard if it's possible.

I found an interesting Graphic Cards: NVIDIA GeForce GTX960 da 4 GB DDR5 that it seems to be compatibile with my system, what do you think?

Thank you again for you help!
