Upgrading Graphics card

Can anyone tell me if upgrading my graphics card will be bottlenecked by my other stuff. If so what do i need to upgrade or change.

Specs:
Ram-Super Talent DDR3-1600 4GB (2X2GB) CL9 Dual Channel Memory kit WP160UX4G9

Motherboard:
Gigabte GA-MA790GPT-UD3A

Current Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 5800 series

CPU:CPU- AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 965 Processor 3.4 GHz

Power supply:COOLMAX CUL-650B 650W

Yes, if you decide to upgrade to any decent graphics card on the market at the moment, everything in your system will bottleneck it. The 4 GB of RAM is pretty crap, and the only way the processor wouldn't would be if you overclocked it a lot. Your PSU is fine, but everything else will need a little bit of a boost...
