Upgrading graphics card

Hi! I've been wanting to upgrade my GPU.
I currently have a powercolor radeon hd 6770 and I've been wanting to upgrade to an rx460.
These are the two I've thinking deciding on:
ASUS Radeon RX460 DUAL OC 2 GB GDDR5 AMD Graphics Card
Gigabyte RX 460 WF2 OC-2Gb 2 GB GDDR5 Memory PCI-E Graphics Card
I want to know which one would work best with my motherboard and if I'll need any external power connectors.
My motherboard is a a68hm plus

Umm... First you should upgrade your CPU.

I don't know which cpu you have but you are using a FM2+ socket motherboard. I think right now a motherboard/cpu upgrade would be best. I would like to know how much ram you have too.
