upgrading graphics card

my motherboard got built in amd radeon r7 can i still upgrade it or i need new motherboard and psu

The R7 is the iGP. Provided you have a PCIE x16 slot, you can add a GPU....

Now whether any specific GPU makes sense, paired with your existing CPU.... Or whether the PSU is capable of running any given GPU... really depends what they are.
