[SOLVED] Upgrading Graphics Card

Hi everyone! I'm currently trying to upgrade my graphics card but don't want to break the bank. I use the PC for streaming and need to find something with an encoding software to lighten the load on my CPU. I will be upgrading the PSU as well.

Dell Optiplex 9020
Intel Core i7 - 4770 @ 3.40GHz
32 GB RAM
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Windows 10 Pro
