Upgrading graphics card

So, I want to upgrade from a geforce gt 530 in my HP 8-1120 CPU to the geforce GTX 650 card. Will I beable to without running into any PSU single or dual slot issues or anything else?

The PSU will probably be ok. You shouldn't have anything else installed so no dual slot issues.
