Specs: Intel Core i5 PCU 650 @ 3.20 GHz (64 Bit)
ATI Radeon HD 5450
3 GB of RAM installed, and I have 1 GB that's actually free space. (Just ordered 2 2GB sticks for 4GB of RAM)

I'm looking to upgrade my video card to something that can run games (DayZ, Steam games) smoothly without mouse lag on low-med resolution. I was looking at this (GeForce GTX 650) http://www.amazon.com/gp/feature.html/ref=amb_link_364665242_2?ie=UTF8&docId=1000832471&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=center-3&pf_rd_r=12PVPY8MDGJZEJVPJCXS&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=1390841702&pf_rd_i=193870011 or (GeForce GTX 650 TI) http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Dual-Link-Graphics-01G-P4-3652-KR/dp/B009KUT3UY
I'm not sure if those are good choices being my price range is limited. Any suggestions on that would be great. Also, My PSU is 350 Watts, what upgrade PSU would be recommended?

Thank You!

My monitor Resolution is 1600 x 900. I would probably go with the first link, just cause the 80+ saves power. So what would be a video card that would give me smooth gameplay and high fps with that Power supply. Would I need to upgrade anything else?

^ -1 to any coolermaster PSU, they are overpriced pieces of junk. Rosewill make pretty good PSU's though.

I honestly would go for a 7770 GHZ with a good cooler, its a great performer, and destroys the 650.

+1 to crappy coolermaster PSUs.

Look at one of these:
Corsair CX500 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139027
Corsair CX600 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139028
SeaSonic S12II 620 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151096
SeaSonic M12II 520 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151093

That will leave you with around $200 for a GPU:
AMD 7850 2GB + FarCry3!
- HIS http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161406
- XFX http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150641
- Gigabyte http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125419
- Sapphire http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102984

Add a few buck more and you can get the 7870 2GB ($230-$250)

Go AMD, I like to let people select Nvidia cards if they suggested it first, you first suggested the 650, but the Far Cry 3 deal is too good to pass up. I almost want to buy a second 7850 just to get Far Cry 3 :(
