Upgrading Graphics, gtx 760 to gtx 980

ive got a fairly old computer which i want to ugrade. Im concerned about a couple of things. will it bottleneck with a i7 4930k?
it has 650W is that good enough?
And will it fit in my case.

Looking at stuff you should see no problems running it.

it is a P9 X79WS ASUS
power supply is Silver Power SP-S650M

The review for the 850W version of the same PSU was pretty good at JohnnyGuru, I think it's reasonably safe to assume the 650W version is based on the same platform.

no clue if its bigger than 760, this is how the 760 fits.

Lucky fit, bought a 970 4gb and its not bottlenecking at all, running perfect in the games i play!

All depends on price. The GTX980 is about equal to the RX580/GTX1060.

RX580 4GB + 2 Free Games = $150
