This is what i Have ...
Windows 10 Pro 64bit
Intel i7-2600K 3.4 GHZ
O.C d to 4.0 GHZ
Asrock Z75 Pro3
16 GB DDR3 Hyper X
AMD Radeon R7 200 Series (HD7770)
Ran 2 of the HD7770 together , 1 just died , presume other is soon to follow
Antec 620W PSU

Older system i pieced together few years ago
Looking to upgrade my graphics , no heavy gaming, like to have 2 HDMI.
Budget is 300.00 canadian (before taxes)
 
Your CPU should still hold up reasonably well in modern games, so a graphics card upgrade could make a nice performance difference. You could likely get a GTX 1660 for around CAD $300...

In terms of performance, a GTX 1660 6GB can be around 20% faster than an RX 580 / GTX 1060 6GB on average, and an RX 580 will in turn be roughly 15% faster than an RX 570 / GTX 1060 3GB.

AMD also has an RX 590 around the price of the 1660, but it's pretty much just an updated RX 580 that still performs about 10% behind the 1660 while drawing a lot more power. AMD is expected to be announcing a new generation of graphics cards very soon, but I don't expect them to be released for at least a couple months.
