i have a dell inspiron 3668 i7-7700 cpu@3.60ghz windows 10 pro and most games wont run well what card is a good replacement without replacing my power supply 16.0 gb ram also
I'm not certain on the whether your motherboard has a 45-50watt or full spec 75watt PCIE x16 slot. From what I have found online of other peoples success, they were running a GTX 1050 TI that doesn't require extra power. This means that the best GPU you can run without upgrading the PSU, is a GTX 1650 (not Super), which is faster than the GTX 1050 TI by around 15-25% depending on the game. There are newer models of the GTX 1650 that have GDDR6 ram and they're slightly faster than the original GDDR5 versions, but also slightly more expensive. It likely won't matter which version you get since most games only see a 3-5fps difference with GDDR6.I really didn't want to run a external power supply I have the 250 watt I believe
They all have around the same failure rates, so just get cheapest with the best warranty and. Also, be sure to check that it doesn't require extra power from 6pin PCIE on the rear of the card. The low profile cards don't have a PCIE connection, so they are a safe bet.Thank you very much I am getting gtx 1650 any brand you would recommend over others
