I am currently running an older gaming computer and would like some opinion on which card I could upgrade too.

Rampage I motherboard
Intel I7 920 @ 2.67 GHz
12GB of Ram
EVGA Nvidia Geforce GTX 285

PSU: Antec TQP 1000

The gfx card upgrade would give you the biggest performance increase for gaming. What is the make/model of your PSU and what is your high end budget?

The MSI GTX 970 Gaming http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NN0GEXQ would be a huge upgrade but you would need to overclock your CPU to avoid bottleneck. The 970 would be a HUGE upgrade and you will see a night and day gaming performance increase.
