Upgrading gtx 750ti / £150ish budget

Hi I'm looking to get a decent gpu upgrade. I want to be able to play most modern games at medium/high settings and as close to 60 fps as possible but no higher. Which gpu would you recommend for this build?

Price range is £150ish. I would prefer an AMD gpu over nvidia.

For the budget, FPS target, resolution & being AMD ..... your only real option is an RX 470:

I'd still opt for an RX470 as the better performer - although an R9 380 would still be a nice boost from your 750TI - just ensure your "550W" PSU is decent quality.

If prices are near equal, I'd recommend the RX470

That'll guarantee you a fairly good upgrade, and I personally would say it's fairly better than the 750ti.

**EDIT** nevermind, whoever posted the benchmarks for a 1050ti removed it :lol:

The RX 470 is anywhere from 20-50+% better than a 1050ti (depending on the title, resolution & actual benchmark you look at), so for the OP's budget, I don't think the 1050ti makes much sense really.

Still a decent little card in it's own right, but it's very much the 750TI equivalent (in relation to performance) of the 10 series cards.
