Upgrading hardware components

I'm planning on upgrading my computer and not sure what option would be best for me. The PC will primarily be used for gaming. Any advise on which option or alternative options will be appreciated. My budget limit is R12 000.

I like upgrade 1 better as it allows some overclocking. If you dont overclock get #2

Also skip the WD 2tb blue drive. It is not a 7200 RPM drive. either get the 2tb Black, (two) 1tb blue, or a seagate barracuda 2tb. Those are all 7200 gaming class drives.

Thank you for your advice. I have found a Seagate Barracuda 2TB for the same price as the WD 2TB.
