Upgrading, help me please!

Hi everyone, I'm here with a problem, so i want to make an upgrade, but i don't know if it will exist any issue or problem
my specs:

mobo: ASROCK g41m-gs3 (intel socket 775) ddr3 1333 dual channel
CPU: intel(R) pentium(R) Dual CPU E2180 @ 2.00 GHz (2 CPUs)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 610
RAM: 6MB RAM
Power Supply: 600W

What i want to upgrade:
mobo: Asrock B85M-ITX Intel H85 SK1150
CPU: Intel Core I7-4790K 4.0GHz (4.4GHz Turbo) 8MB BOX

so, I'm not sure if power supply handles the cpu, or mobo with GPU or any other type of issues.

the power supply is LC6600 v2.2 model i think and the brand is power i guess
i got ATX turret so... i would want an ATX build
i want to stream soon and editing so i would like the cpu
i don't need monitor
don't know about gpu, i wouldn't want to spend on gpu becasue i jsut bought this one like 2 weeks ago

actually windows 7 professional, want to upgrade for windows 8(.1)
i want to spend in max. 450€ (that's why i chosed that mobo and CPU)
