Upgrading help please

Hello everyone. I was going to upgrade my slim computer (check Help with computer upgrading for my other thread) by transferring everything to a new case, but the problem is that I don't know if the motherboard for my Gateway SX2840 is going to fit. I was planning on getting the NZXT phantom but anything you guys think would fit in a different case is fine by me. Also with the upgrade I was going to install a corsair 750 watt gold and a GTX 560 ti. Do you guys think I should do this or simply install a 5570? Would the 5570 run on a meager 220 watts? Would I need a low profile version do to the slim factor? Thanks in advance guys.

yes, you will need half height pci-e card.
a 5570 requires 400w, it's doable with a capable 250w but not recommended. So 220w is really pushing it.
You would be better served with a 4650.

Thank you so much for your help Gee Bee! I have had other forums where people put their input and then never return. Sorry for wasting your time but I have one last question to ask. Do I need the low profile version of the 4650?
