Upgrading HP 750 427c Motherboard

I will be moving to a very hot city, so i need to change my pc cooling system, but i will also need to change my motherboard, psu and case. Before i do that, i need to know if i will be able to change my motherboard ( a Odense 2s) to an Asus h170 pro gaming or similar, since i don't know much about upgradability (sorry for my english, im not a native english speaker)

My Specs are:
Motherboard: Intel Core i7 6700
16 GB ddr4 2133
gtx 750ti
1tb hdd
internal 300W PSU

Asus h170 pro gaming will fit a Mid-Tower case. You will probably need to reinstall the OS. You can call Microsoft to see if you eligible for reactivation.

The problem is that i need a bigger case so i can fit the new PSU, Fans and possible future upgrades. So, aside from that, i can assume i can procced buying the parts if they are compatible right?
Thanks for the info about de OS. I think i am eligible, since i have it activated with my email so i will just need to go to the activation trobleshooter, but in case it doesn't work i will follow your advice
