Upgrading laptop ram

i currently have this laptop and i was wondering if i could upgrade its ram using this ram module.

what will happen if i use the 1333mhz? is it gonna not work or only operate at 1066mhz?

It'll work fine but only at 1066MHz.

Nice thing about these HP, Compaq and Dell laptops is that the match is not critical, you can usually mix and match speeds and sizes, the system will apply the slower speed of the two.
