Hello, I would like to get some opinions/advice on the following:
Right now I'm running i5-2400 on H67 chipset motherboard from GIGABYTE.
I can get a deal from a friend on MSI Z77A-G43 GAMING for roughly 35-40USD.
I'm considering buying a used i5-3570k or i7-3770k and overclock it. (that would also mean buying a new cooler, probably 212+ EVO or something similar) which would get me to roughly 250USD with the i5, shipping included(I'd pay that just for a new i5-4460 in my country)
Current budget is around 600-650USD (take in consideration that most components in my country are $20 to $50 more expensive, sometimes even $100) and I'm going to upgrade from my R9 270 later, when the 3rd party RX models and the 1060 will be released.
Mostly for 1080p gaming and occasional recording.
Should I go for it or do it some other way? Also (albeit not necessary) I'd like to get an SSD if there's enough money left.
Thanks in advance
