upgrading memory on p67-ud3-b3

HI everybody
my system is:
core i5-2500(without K)
p67-ud3-b3
my M.B support DDR3 2133/1866/1600/1333/1066 MHz memory modules but @ 1.5 V
i want to buy 16 gb 1866 or 2013 MHz @1.65 V
can i do that?or harm my cpu and MB?????

With the non-K CPU might stick with 1866, many 2500's can't run 1866 with out a fair amount of extra voltage to the MC (memory controller). With the non K models I usually stuck with 1600

Since there is plenty of 1.5 volt 1866 MHz RAM available use some of that
